1 - Services

Forklift Safety OSHA Compliance provides services including, but not limited to: Sit Down Forklift Certification, Stand Up Forklift Certification, Forklift Renewal Certification, Order Picker Certification, Scissor Lift Certification, and Boom Lift Certification. All services are subject to scheduling availability, instructor availability, participant readiness, and OSHA compliance requirements.

2 - Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the certification type, class size, and information provided by the customer. Estimates are not final until confirmed in writing. Prices may change if the scope of training, class size, or certification requirements differ from the original assessment.

3 - Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or estimate. Payment is due as stated unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make timely payment may result in scheduling delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

4 - Scheduling and Conditions

Training schedules are subject to instructor and facility availability. Certification and training services require appropriate conditions to be performed safely and effectively. Forklift Safety OSHA Compliance reserves the right to reschedule training due to scheduling conflicts or other factors beyond our control.

5 - Conditions and Limitations

Customer acknowledges that training outcomes may depend on participant readiness and prior experience not disclosed at the time of booking. Forklift Safety OSHA Compliance is not responsible for outcomes caused by participant non-compliance, misrepresentation of experience, or failure to meet OSHA requirements.

6 - Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate participant information, arriving on time, and following all safety instructions during training. Delays caused by lack of preparation may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

7 - Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services are provided without an express warranty. Certification results, participant performance, and regulatory outcomes are not considered defects.

8 - Limitation of Liability

Forklift Safety OSHA Compliance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services performed.

9 - Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee if labor, materials, or scheduling commitments have already been made.

10 - Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive non-marketing communications related to estimates, scheduling, service updates, and invoices via phone, email, or text message.

11 - SMS Terms of Service
